For us, professional succession is more than just a topic of conversation – we actively contribute to it. That is why we place great importance on cooperating with universities. Recently, veterinary students spent a few days at our poultry farms, where they experienced the everyday realities of practical work first-hand: they took part in stock inspections, blood sampling, vaccinations, and specimen collection.
Their commitment and openness are encouraging – it is inspiring to see such enthusiastic young people preparing for their careers. We are grateful to our colleagues for supporting the next generation’s development with their knowledge and willingness to share.
