Ross-308 is a robust, rapidly growing and good feed-utilizer type of broiler with a good meat-turnout. This type meets the needs of customers who expect consistent performance and versatility so that they can be up to the highest standards regarding the end-product. It belongs to the best sold types in domestic and international markets, owing to its outstandingly good meat-turnout, showy meat forms and beneficial gastronomic features.
\nThis type plays an important role in the domestic market owing to the wide range of fattening capacity, as its sex can be determined as soon as they are day-old. It can be raised and cut with lower feed utilization than at the other types from grill size (1,5-1,7 kgs\/pcs) to roaster size (3,5-3,8 kgs\/pcs) between 35 and 70 life days.<\/p>\n
