Responsibility for the employees<\/h2>\n

Gallus-group is proud of its professional staff<\/strong>, many of whom work for decades for the company. Employee satisfaction is extremely significant for us. Employees are trained on a regular basis.<\/strong>Gallus-group is committed to innovation<\/strong> that aims at improving work conditions.Cc. 900 staff are employed<\/strong> by Gallus-group, which is thus one of the biggest employers<\/strong> in the region.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

“Disabled-Friendly Workplace\u201d Award<\/h2>\n

The company was awarded the 2nd time in 2016. The equal opportunites plan<\/strong> was set for the group, it has been introduced to the management and the staff. A detailed program was designed to support the hiring and integration process of disabled employees<\/strong>, it was presented to the staff, too. Sensitizing training was organized with the participation of external consultants. The success of the program is reflected in the fact that 50 disabled people are employed in the group currently<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

\u201eFamily-Friendly Workplace\u201d Award<\/h2>\n

Our company was awarded \u201eFamily-Friendly Workplace of the Year\u201d<\/strong> in 2016 by the Movement \u201eThree Princes, Three Princesses\u201d. The objective of the Movement \u201eThree Princes, Three Princesses\u201d is to let young couples make their dreams of family come true and to have a career at the same time. It is often prevented by the lack of the work-life balance<\/strong>. By the award established in 2013, the Movement draws the attention to its significance, and to the companies where the family-friendly attitude is already part of the corporate culture. This approach was implemented in the processing plant of the Gallus-group. The complex program \u201eFamily-Friendly Shift\u201d<\/strong> was awarded. It is the production process where there are opportunities to work part-time, in shifts with shifts<\/strong> (diffferent beginnings). The employees in the program were supoorted by a mentor who helped them integrate and assess their needs.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Responsibility for professional education<\/h2>\n

Gallus-group has been cooperating with the Faculty of Agriculture at Pannon University<\/strong>. We provide internships to their students. Several previous students are now employed at Gallus.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Employee \u201eresponsibility\u201d<\/h2>\n

We are proud of our employees<\/strong>, who volunteered to help together as workplace groups several times. Some employees have offered their meat packages they are presented with at Christmas and Easter<\/strong> to the the inhabitants of the motherhome in P\u00e1pa for several years.
\nIt was also employee-initiated to join the national movement, which collects presents packed in Shoeboxes for Christmas<\/strong> to surprise children in need.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
